Perhaps the only issue with the product is that a high percentage of buyers have had their frame damaged during shipping. One lady said that hers arrived with one end of the frame poking out of the box and badly scratched up.
 
Another said that a lot of the green powder coating had worn away and they could not find the exact match green color at the paint store, and so had to paint the whole arm a completely different shade.
 
Damage sustained during shipping can cause problems in the future with premature rust because the bare metal is exposed and rust can set in more quickly.
 
If you are particularly paranoid about receiving large items like this in the mail then it may be wise to buy your hammock frame at a department store instead.
